Eclipse with Mesa Roadster

Hi folks!

Just bought the Eclipse and I'm going to place it in Roadster's effects loop. I've read the Roadster's manual but I couldn't find the answer there. So… does anyone happen to know on what level does Roadster's effects loop operate at? -10 dB or +4 dB? I'd like to hook up the Eclipse correctly so that I can get the most out of this magnificent piece of machinery!

congratulations on your Eclipse and welcome to the forum!

I have owned  a number of Boogies in the past, mostly rack preamps, and all of them had their FX loops working at +4dB (line level). I can't confirm YOUR Boogie works the same, but I would be very surprised if it doesn't. The best you can do is to contact Mesa Boogie customer support and ask them what are the Roadstar loop specs.
