Hi everyone – i have 3 eventide pedals and need to get the pitch factor serviced.
i've emailed support@eventide.com twice but no response. its been a couple weeks. anybody else having problems getting a response?
my pitch factor is behaving very strangely.
when i plug it in, the device begins changing parameters randomly, spinning thru settings and making wild noises. changing patches, it keeps doing the same thing. very strange – and totally unusable.
where do i send it to get serviced?
