Eventide Device Manager Bug ???

Hi,

Why is the Eventide Device Manager editor software not changing preset settings when changing from one preset to another via MIDI or footswitch on Dot9 series pedal ? I have Micropitch pedal now and previously Tricerachorus and both have the same problem.

But when we change preset from the software, the pedal will change to the new preset.

Why ?

Am I doing anything wrong OR is there any bug on the software/hardware ?

Hi ghoi,

The Eventide Device Manager does not provide bi-directional communication to the pedal. Communication is only one-way, from the app to the pedal, not the other way around. The only time the app requests information from the pedal is when you open up the app.
