      I’m new to the Eventide universe. I purchased a (used) PitchFacor a couple of weeks ago. I registered it, downloaded the EDM software, plugged in my PitchFactor, registered my unit, updated the PF to 5.2.0[6], and… almost nothing. The colum of options on the left (MANAGE DEVICE, BACKUP/RESTORE, FIRMWARE UPDATES) all show light gray (unresposive) subheadings except for FIRMWARE UPDATES. So I can re-update till the cows come home, but can’t edit patches. Help me, Obi-Wan!

      The software that corresponds to the PitchFactor is H9 Control which is a free download. Although EDM can be used to update all our pedals, it’s software primarily designed for our dot9 line. Download H9 Control here: https://www.eventideaudio.com/downloads/?product=PitchFactor

      Thank you. This seems to have worked. I’ll mess with editing in the next few days and (probably) have more questions. 🙂
