Eventide H9 General settings wont save!

When I power off my Eventide H9 and power it back on, all the changes I made in the General Settings go back to the original settings.  I am using an aux switch, but it goes back to expression pedal mode when I turn on the H9. 

I tried changing the name.  When I turn off and on, the name changes back to the default name. 

Any advice?

Could you copy and paste your post into an email to support@eventide.com?  And could you mention whether you're using the Eventide power supply (not doing so could cause this sort of problem)?
