      Hi,

      I am now on my second H9. The first I returned because a light on the view screen (the screen with the words) had gone out. 

      Just got my second one and my Active switch light has gone out. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something wrong with my power? I'm using the adapter that came with it. Or is it just a bad coincidence?

      Well, this is the first time we've had a report of the active switch led failing, and the screen failing also only happened with a few units.  If you haven't already, could you send an email to support@eventide.com?  One of my colleagues will have a better idea than I whether this is a bad coincidence or whether unstable power could cause this to happen.

      Ok I will. The active switch light actually came back on after I reset the device to factory defaults… Weird
