Hi again! I’m still struggling with the levels of my H90. What I don’t understand: When I plug my bass into the H90 and then into an amp or a mixer, the signal is always considerably louder than going direct into the amp without the H90. Even if I bypass all presets, effects and chose “line level” as input source, the signal is always louder. Is there a hidden “global output”-setting that I’m not aware of? I like to have my tone as transparent as possible when I bypass the H90 – which is not the case at the moment.

      Thanks!

      Peter

There is no hidden global output parameters. The only global levels parameters are input/output levels, which are adjustable from instrument/line level. If you are just going bass guitar > H90 > amp, it would probably be best to have these all set to instrument level.

Also, be aware that each Preset and the Program itself has input/output gain levels. Please make sure these are all set to 0 dB and the H90 should not be changing the level of your bass by a noticeable amount.
