  Hi, friends
  
  My timefactor is conected with original power supply and it is not working and just show me these messages. Not respond of the bottons or any knob. Please help me!
  
  I tried to conect with one spot and occurs the same
  
  I tried to upgrade firmware via usb but it does not recognize it.
  
  Please help! Thank you for your replies
