Hi there,
Just bought the micropitch pedal and download the EventideDeviceManager software.
I connect the micropitch through USB to my pc. And I have also registered it.
When I connect the pedal to the pc and launch the software, the software seeks for new devices and closes after the research.
How can I avoid this ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is there any sort of error message that the computer displays? Or does the app just close?
Are you able to try connecting the pedal to a different computer?

No error messages on the computer, just the close of the app.
I connect to my Mac book air and it works perfectly. So the issue seems to be on my desktop pc.
