        Hi,

        occassionally my H-8000FW offers to format the card, which is already inserted and contains a few presets I have modified and saved there. They are all readable, however, nothing seems to be wrong. Answering "No" doesn't affect anything. Can you help?

          If this happens repeatedly, it is a sign that the card has a problem of some kind.

          If it happens infrequently, usually just after inserting the card, it may be that the card hit the connector slightly askew and temporarily confused the unit. In this case, it should be ignored.

            Hi,

            it did it again – exact same things. The card is always inserted in the H-8000FW, I wonder what is wrong? If I format the card, how can I load the presets that I made directly from the PC to the flash card?

              presets can't be loaded from the PC to a card and read by the H8000.

              Presets done in vsig should be sent to the H8000 (serial/MIDI), then stored to a card inserted in the H8000.
