Hello, last week, my H90 froze during a gig. That was not fun. Now It froze on me 10 times this evening (at home building a new board). I got a new RJM pbc10, so I don’t know If that has anything to do with it. But I have 3 big sold-out shows next weekend, and I’m really depending on some sounds on the H90.
Best advice (after checking that the issue happens with the latest available software) is to contact support@eventide.com with your serial number, a summary of the issue (this is fine) and a video/photo of the unit failing if possible. They will do what they can to get you sorted ASAP.
