GarageBand iOS will not recognize Undulator app purchase

I have an iPad Pro with GarageBand and a itrack solo. Does anyone know why GB is not recognizing the app.

Even in AUM, or Audiobus I have not had any success in hearing the effect at all with a guitar.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi-

Undulator should work in GarageBand – are you looking under "Plugins And Effects->Edit" in the track menu? If you could send screenshots of where you are looking, that would be very helpful.

In AUM and AudioBus, it sounds like the effect is appearing, but you can't hear any effect? What settings are you using in the plugin? Again, a screenshot would be very helpful.
