Ground Control and factors using instant access

Is there a way to use the Instant access on the Ground control pro to individually change the type of effect say from a flanger to a phasor, kind of like a sudo stomp box? I would like to have a preset for a flanger sound, but be able to change it with an instant access switch to something else, is this possible?

The way to do this is save presets of the effects you wish to call up and have the Ground Control send program change on the MIDI channel of the Eventide stompbox.
