Gtr 4000 Serial number

I would like to record my product, but I don't find the serial number on the back panel !!!!

I bought this product on 16 January 1998 at Total Music, in Paris France.

And nothing in the handbook.

Where is it?

Hello

if I remember correctly the serial number should be on the side of the unit. It may be necessary to remove it from a rack case to check it out.

the serial number should be on the side of the unit  : NO, under the unit

But, I have another problem : when I want to register it, I have this message :

Invalid Serial Number.

What's happening ?

Sorry Phil! Too many years have gone by to exactly remember….

The invalid serial number might be owed to a previous owner/registration of the unit.

Please contact support@eventide.com to fix it.
