      Hi there,

      Is is possible to write one preset with Harmonic enhance, eg and reverb to one DSP and

      Another effect chaine like pitch , flange…to the other DSP?

      Yes. The H8000 series have two DSPs. Except for very large (monolithic) presets which can require both DSPs, you usually run one program on each DSP. Depending on how the routing is set, these can be in series or parallel.
