H8000A Midimap

Hello!!I have a problem to set the midimap in user group setup.The only midimap set is on factory,but if i try to load other groups the midimap setting remains on factory,and in the midimap selection i have only the options factoru and none.My H8000A have the 5.5 patch.Can you help me?Thanks

In global configure under midi map setting i have only factory and none,but the user group from 1 to 19 isn't selectable.With the 4.2 update this setting are available.If you look the manual at  page 125 of the 5.5 update you will see the group 7 and the midi map is set on group 7.Sorry if my english is not perfect:-)

Groups 1-19 only appear if they exist – for example, the manual page you mention shows Group 7, but this must have been created earlier.

You create a Usergroup by selecting it (using "Group" on the User Group Setup page, then adding presets to it as described on the manual page 125 you mention. If you select it without adding presets it will "go away."
