H9 already registered to another user???

        So…I want to use the PC editor on my brandnew out of the box H9…I sign in and get the following message:

        "this H9 is already registered to another user. Please contact Eventide to re-register."

        eerrrmmmm……scuse me??Hmm

          It sounds like you're having some issues.  Could you please send an email to support@eventide.com with the serial number of the device?  Also, mention the crackling you were hearing in the UltraTap presets that you mentioned in your previous post.

            OK thanks Gkellum.

            I just noticed that the cracklings and the "autonoises" are present on several presets. I'll try and include a small audiofile in the mail.
