H9 and EV5. Not sweeping full range

Have you performed the pedal calibration operation ? See UM if no.

I set the sweep of the expression pedal in the Contol app. But when I sweep the pedal it covers only about 70% of the range I had defined. Usually it goes to 0 but will not sweep to 100%. The EV5 has a knob on the side which changes the range but in my case it only reduces the range further. Starting to wonder if the pedal has an issue. It’s done this ever since I put the two together on my board.

The UM tells me to rock the pedal back and forth and that it woudl auto calibrate.  One woudl think this is happening by default as I am jacking around with the pedal.  Am I missing something here?

Depends on what software version you have, and what UM.

The latest version asks you to put it in calibrate mode, wiggle it back and forwards, and then take it out of calibration mode to lock it in.

The current manuals are on the Web Site – printed ones become out of date quickly.
