H9: Envelope Filter & Powering

Long time Factor pedal user, I just purchased an H9.  I should have it in the next couple of days.  In  preparation for its arrival, I have two questions:

1. Which algorithm would get me closest to an envelope filter sound?
2. I have a Visual Sound 1 Spot and a VooDoo Lab Pedal Power 2 Plus power supplies.  Will they both power the H9?

You could check out ModFilter or Q-Wah with the envelope as the modulation source…

I tried both and found the Q-Factor to be pretty good and useable.

I'm a little surprised that there isn't an algorithm specific to an envelope filter as it tends to be a staple effect for bass players.

In the Factor pedals we packed a ton of functionality into relatively few algorithm, rather than having lots of smaller algorithms, partly due to the constraints of the user interface on the actual stompbox.  I think we're going to be mixing it up though in the new algorithms for the H9 and also doing some smaller, more targeted algorithms.
