H9 External Tap not working when heel down

Hi there,

I bet this is something Ive done…

 

Ive got a DOD expression pedal and MXR tap on the Aux of the H9 and all works great.  Ive tried to change the external tap from performance switch to tap tempo but it only works when the heel is down on the expression pedal.

Im getting I’ve got a setting wrong in the pedal/control app?

Sorry for the issues you are having.

In H9 Control, can you go to Pedal Settings > General Settings > Use Expression Pedal, Aux Switch, or Both and set this to Both?

Are you using a Y-cable to connect both devices to the H9?

Thanks of your help!  Yes, I already have that set to Both.  I used to have the mxr tap set for the hotswitch and that worked fine.
