April 20, 2014 at 7:17 am #111544I'm trying to register my new H9 and neither H9 or H9 Core is listed on the Product Menu Pull-down. Please advise.

April 20, 2014 at 1:56 pm #125745H9s are registered using the H9 Control app which can be downloaded for free from our website to your mac, pc or ios device. Tutorial video #10 will walk you through the process.

April 21, 2014 at 5:38 pm #125752Thanks for the quick response, I was able to register it. How about having the H9 in the menu and when someone clicks on it a page opens with instructions on how to register it. It would allow the user to quickly register and also reduce support calls to you.
