      I tried to update my H9 Max and now it’s black or I can leave it reading update or cycle after a reboot but I don’t know how to fix this I have nothing but shit.

      I wish I could email you but you have every email service available except gmail go figure how do I deal with that.

        Sorry, I don’t understand what the issue is. You can use whichever email service you like to email that support address.

      Yeah I am not the greatest with computers so I am probably not going to be able to figure out how to contact you guys but thanks for the update that wiped out my H9 Max I really needed that in my life real professional.

      I would recommend trying the update again with the Eventide Direct Updater on a computer via a USB connection. The application is available at the following links:

      MacOS: https://www.eventideaudio.com/downloads?id=101109

      Windows: https://www.eventideaudio.com/downloads?id=101088

      Get the unit into Update Mode by powering it up while holding down the HotKnob button at the top left of the unit. If successful, you will see UPDATE on the display. If you can do that, then please try to update the software on the unit to see if it helps. Make sure you are using the Eventide power supply when attempting the update. Let me know what happens.

      Yeah I keep trying but I keep getting kicked to the curb you all of a sudden don’t recognize my email you keep asking for passwords that don’t exist just a non stop hassle total frustration fest.

      When I try to do the update it says an error occurred this device is not updateable.

      It seems like you released a bug filled update to wipeout the H9 Max community are the sales of the H90 that bad there are thousands of streams online with my same problem and no solution go figure.

      Sorry, I’m not sure what the issue you are having is anymore.

      I just looked up your Eventide account and I can see that you do indeed have a gmail account since that is what you used to create an Eventide account.

      At this point, it will be best for you to email support@eventideaudio.com and our support team can help you further there. It is a very simple process, you just need to send emails. It is easier than posting on our forum and we can help you better there.

      Please provide screenshots of the errors you are experiencing and as much details as you can about what steps you have tried and when the issue is happening.

      I can’t send you an email because whatever form you are using requires a password after my email entry a password for what I do not Know and will never figure out I MEAN FN COME ON MAN.

      Sorry, I’m still not sure what the issue you are having is. There is no form to fill out. Use whatever email server you prefer and simply send an email to support@eventideaudio.com. This will create a support ticket and you will receive emails back from our support team. You can then email them back. There is no password or account required for any of this.

      Someone from our support team can help resolve your password issue, but you’ll need to follow the directions to email the support email address.

      I have tried and tried to email you but it keeps saying Cannot send message using server Gmail then asks me to choose another form of email from a non existing list.
