I’ve written and sent multiple emails requesting a status update on my H9 Max that I sent back to Eventide in March. USPS tracking says that Eventide received it and signed for it. I sent 3 emails and haven’t gotten a response to any of them. I gotta say, the pedal was amazing when it worked. I’m not that upset that it stopped working – everything man made has the propensity to fail at some point. What really bothers me is the abysmal lack of any kind of customer service or support. How difficult is it to simply respond to an email??? I’m hoping that someone at Eventide sees this, has an ounce of integrity, and will respond. What is going on with my pedal??? This was a $600 pedal, and was a vital part of my guitar rig.
