  I OWN BOTH H9 CORE AND HARMONIZER AND OWN ENOUGH ALGORITHMS SO I M UPGRADED TO H9 MAX
  
  BUT I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE H9 MAX PRESETS THAT COMES WITH H9 MAX . HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE PRESETS

  You have to download the presets from H9 Control. The pedal can only hold 99 presets at once. There are many more presets in the app but you'll have to choose which ones are in the pedal at any given time.

  but i was tryimg to load what they put in the pedal from factory when u buy a H9 MAX
