H9 Plugins – Kill dry?

I’m struggling to get a wet only signal from my H9 plug-ins. When I put the mix to 100%, I can still hear my dry signal. Is there something I’m missing, or can the H9 plug-ins not do 100% wet/kill dry sounds?

Hi, putting mix to 100% should give you wet signal only. Could you post a screenshot (or better yet, upload a preset) of settings where you can still hear the dry signal?

I’ve had another listen, it might just be that particular preset. It’s the Blackhole plugin, set to Factory preset 2 “Blackhole”. I think that particular preset has what I perceive to be dry guitar in it, but when I crank the pre-delay (with mix set at 100%), there is silence till the pre-delay is up, and then the sound happens. So there is no dry, I just haven’t tweaked the wet sound to be as wet and verby as I want!

Ah, yep you got it – Blackhole with certain settings can sound like there is some direct signal in the wet path.
