h9 software crashes

hello, i have an eleven rack & h9 core, every time i hit fxloop on the 11r the h9 software crashes

When you hit fxloop on the 11r what exactly is happening? It’s switching some relay to put the H9 in signal chain? Is it sending any MIDI messages? And when you say the H9 software, are you talking about your H9 itself or H9 Control?

Hello, thanks for replying, ok i have llr with h9 core & fcb1010 with eureka rom, after posting i realize when i did it straight from the 11r h9 software was fine, how ever if i used the fcb1010 the h9 software would crash so its got to be the fcb1010, i was hoping to use the expression pedal on the fdb1010 with the h9. So i will head to eureka site to try and resolve this issue

the midi cable doesnt even have to be plugged into h9 to make  h9 crash

I don't think I understand the problem.  Perhaps you could make a diagram showing your set-up?  From what you've written so far, I am imagining that you have a FCB-1010 which is not connected to the H9 or your computer at all via MIDI, and you are either pressing its footswitches or using its expression pedal.  And then, H9 Control is crashing, even though its not connected to the FCB-1010 at all.

thats correct from fcb1010 foot controller to eleven rack then to h9. the h9 software crashes when i push switch on the fcb1010
