H9 Tape Delay Question

  Hi All
  
  Could someone please tell me if the Tape Delay in the H9 is the same as the Tape Delay
  
  in the Timefactor.
  
  I don’t need all the other plugins just the delays so buying a full blown H9 is not an option.
