      I recently updated 3 of my Eventide Factor pedals to OS 5 via H9 Control. When each update was completed and the unit restored, H9 Control indicated that I had received 2 store credits for each unit updated. However, when I connect H9 Control to my H9 and go into the store to purchase new algorithms, the store credits don't appear in the H9 Control browser. How do I get my store credits to appear so that I can redeem them?

      You need to have the Factor pedal that you want to use the credits from connected at the same time as your H9 to H9 Control.
