H9 USB CONNECTION NOT RECOGNIZED!

      My computer (Windows 7) just will not recognize the USB connection to the H9. I've tried everything, different cables, different ports, restarting, it just keeps coming up "USB not recognized". Works fine via bluetooth but can't update software etc. Any suggestions? Cheers 🙂

      Can you see the H9 under Control Panel/Device Manager/Sound Video and Game Controllers ? It might appear as "Eventide H9" or "USB Audio Device."

      If not, it would sound like a problem with the USB hardware.

      It just comes up as 'unknown device'. All ports work fine with any other USB device.

      Try contacting support@eventide.com and tell them you have an EEPROM problem and what computer you use.

      This may fix it without having to send it in, but no promises.
