How do I assign CV as a control source for parameter modulation?  The only mention in the manual is that the exp inputs take 0-5V.  No mention anywhere of how to assign, learn, etc…  And as far as I’ve been able to determine, “CV” is not an option in any of the mapping menus.

      Hi fiddlercrabseason,

When using CV with H90 use the EXP 1 or EXP 2 settings in the I/O section of the system menu depending on which input you’re connecting to. Then, whatever parameters you assign to the expression pedal in the Parameters menu will be controlled by the control voltage. To learn how to assign parameters to a controller I recommend this video. Go to 48:08: https://youtu.be/5y14LwN9oAk?si=6-pFT3AwH1_wzvwh

Tried that, but there’s no response on the H90  Is H() receiving CV on tip or ring of TRS?  (I’m sending on ring, so might need a splitter…?)

The H90 should receive voltage on the tip.

Can you provide more information about your setup? What are you sending CV from, what type of cable are you using, etc.

I’m sending from ZOIA, which sends on ring, and currently using TRS->TRS.  So, the first thing I need to try is a splitter or adapter to move ZOIA’s ring output to H90’s tip input, and also rule out the possibility of a bad cable (unlikely).  I’ll order a splitter or adapter today, and should be able to try that this weekend.

Thanks everyone for your speedy replies!

For the record:  TRS -> dual TS Y-cable from ZOIA (TRS) to H90 (ring side of the Y) works like a charm.  Now I’ve got 3 mod sources to make trouble with – exp pedal, MIDI & CV.  Yay!!

Thanks again to all Eventide staff for the stellar support.

      Cheers!!
