        Hi everyone,

I’m a new user of the H90 and I’m trying to find a way to active a feedback loop with my delays just by pressing one of the footswtiches (Just like the Strymon Timeline)

I know I can do something similar with Hot Switches but it’s not exactly what I’m looking. I actually wanna do the exact same thing than with a Strymon Timeline

        Thanks for helping!

        Jessy

          Hello,

I’m not exactly sure what effect you are looking for.

Bouquet Delay has a self osc (feedback) perform parameter, is that what you are looking for?

            Hey thanks for helping,

On the Strymon Timeline, you can just instant press with your foot on preset A or B (Depending which one your currently using) and it automatically active a feedback loop. Is the only way to achieve that with the H90 is to use the Hot Switch fonction? Or is there another way (Just like the instant phaser/flanger) to activate a feedback look by holding the footswitch with your foot.

I hope this is clear! Let me know!

            Jessy

Try the self oscillation perform parameter of Bouquet Delay. Other delay algorithms also have similar perform parameters.

                Hi Jessy,

You can achieve a similar feedback loop with the H90 by setting up a Hot Switch with a longer delay time and engaging it in real-time. While it’s not identical to the Strymon Timeline, experimenting with delay settings might help you get closer!

                Hope this helps!

It’s incorrect words. That’s why you aren’t getting the response you want.

OP wants to be able to step on a hot switch… engaging a Delays feedback.

”warping” has nothing to do with a Timeline or the Eventide. Just a catch phrase they got caught up it.

Calling it a ‘warp’ function might be a leftover from the confusingly named Boss DD-20 modes.

I took this as the OP is looking for an additional function for the per-Preset Active / Bypass switches:  Tap for Act/Byp, and hold the switch to kick in infinite repeat.  Which isn’t possible, and I don’t believe there to be a direct workaround for it.

I can think of a couple of ways to simulate it.  Probably involving alternate Program Changes, or MIX + Feedback mapped to a HotSwitch; with two closely related delay instances in Parallel, that sort of thing.  But I do think the closest answer is still going to involve the aforementioned Performance parameters, REPEAT (M), or some combination of HotSwitch mappings.
