Hi, I can‘t login the H90 iPad App. The product is registered also my eventide account. The username and password is correct.

Does anyone has an idea and can help me?

Are you sure you’re using the username and not your email?
I have the same problem.
I’ve tried username several times and then email without success.
Even from germany.
Please send an email to support@eventide.com. On Jan 2, they should be able to take care of you.
I just see on my iPAD under the bluetooth preferences there is no H90 at all but all other devices of mine.
Bluetooth is switched on, on both devices an i tried “forget” on H90 several times.
iPad generation 6, OS version 17.2
