H90 No Input Signal Detected

      Hello,

      when I plug direct into my H90 with a standard instrument cable (I’ve tried multiple), the Input Indicator LED’s do not light up and I get no input signal at all (and thus no output signal). This is a brand new unit. I am using the power supply that came with the unit (still have my box and all).

       

      I emailed support, but hoping someone in the community might have experienced this and know what I need to do to fix it.
