H90 not connecting

      I downloaded the latest software, and once installed I get a message Software Update Available. Whatever… almost ready to sell this thing. NEXT PROBLEM. I’m connected directly to the computer. Is there a particular magic order for this to be recognized so that I can open the software to select an algorithm? I promise to record the instructions, frame them and affix it to may wall with bolts, because I’ve been down this road before!

      Let me add that when I open the software, it indicates the device is not available.

      Are you connected to your computer via USB? Have you added your device as outline in 10.2 Step 3? To update the pedal, click the cloud icon on the bottom right of the square that appears when you added your pedal. Click install on the top right.
