      Updated the H90 firmware and now the unit will not start. Lights up but hangs on the Eventide logo; the unit does not show up in the software. Please advise. Mac OSX Monterey.

        Yes, version 1.2.2 is working on my H90.

      Hi. Just got the H90 from Thomann in Germany. Dowloaded the Mac App, but the App does not recognise the H90. I logged in with my Eventide Account after Registering the H90 to my name. Using the Cables from Eventide for everything, Mac running High Sierra 10.13.6 – Appreciate support – hoping it is not a bug on the machine itself.

        Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please check that the H90 is showing up in the macOS MIDI studio?

        • Run Audio MIDI Setup app in Applications/Utilities
        • Open MIDI Studio if not visible in Window->Show MIDI Studio
        • With the H90 Pedal connected you should see an enabled MIDI Device for H90

        Let me know what happens.

      Hi and thanks. I tried with a different Computer, also mac, running a more recent Version of the OS, the Pedal was then recognised. I upgraded the Pedal to the latest software and then it worked on the High Sierra computer as well. I guess I am ok then – Will write back if I run into further problems. Thanks for the quick response and support.

      Hi,
      How long it should take to update h90 to 1.2.2? It looks like it hanged on ‘Setting Transfer Mode’, can it be disconnected safely on that step?

      I have a issue since I recently  update the firmware to 1.22.

      both of the exp inputs stop working

      they were fully functional out of the box before I update the firmware with my modular.

      do I have to restore the frimware to reset the entire h-90 to get the exp inputs to back again?

      I also went to h90 system I/0 exp & auxmenu

      set a Barn3 footswicth and plug it on EXP/CTL 1 input.

      In the I/0 menu set pedal1 sw1-3  calibration on.

      press the footswicth still no response

        Sorry to hear you are having issues.

        Have you only tested the inputs with the Barn3 footswitch? Are you able to confirm this works with another device? Do you have another aux switch or expression pedal you can use to test with the H90?

      the barn3 is fully working on TimeFactor and space Pedals. but no reacting all on the H90

      I reinstall the 1.2.2. update again.

      reboot the h90 and the exp inputs are working back again,

      also the barn3 footswicth its fully operational with h90.

      Well ,hi every body

       

      i have got a problem , i can not update because h90 control says to me that my software must be at leat 1.2.0 to use this version of h90 control

      my software version and factory pack is 1.0.3.247

       

      whaaat ?

        i succeded in update with 1.1.4.61 but there is NO 1.2.0 available .

        in don’t understand , in fact .

      al is ok , in fact i unplugged and plug the pedal and i was able to update in 1.2.2.41 (or stuff like that) without any issue .

      wonderfull pedal …….
