H9000 Freeze

        I often have the problem that my H9000 freezes and then the emote software can’t connect the H9000 anymore. 

         

        I also use the H9000 as a soundcard at the same time and the device still works in the background. 

         

        System info:

        Mac OS 10.14..6

        Andy idea?

          If you right-click on the H9000 icon in the left hand pane of the Devices page of emote, you'll see "Download System Report".  Select that and it'll download a zipfile. Please send it to support@eventide.com and refer to this thread.  We'll take a look and see if there's anything amiss.
