H9000R DSP Modules “Unoccupied”

  Three of the four DSP Modules in my H9000R are currently unusable. In the Devices view, they show as unoccupied. Only DSP 3 is functioning.
  
  What caused this, and how can I get all 4 Modules working again?

  Can you please follow the instructions to perform a USB self-test: https://cdn.eventideaudio.com/manuals/h9000/content/appendix/startup_seq.html#usb-self-test-mode
  
  You can email the results to support@eventide.com and I’ll provide further troubleshooting instructions there.
