      I just got the Modfactor and it sounds great. I am having troubles updating the firmware. I checked the o/s version and I have 2.0.2(3) I have my anti virus and firewall turned off, usb is connected, windows recognizes the Modfactor but the Update Utility does not for some reason. I keep getting a message saying that no midi device is found and it prompts me to refresh. I searched the forum but I couldn't find any info.. Anyone have any ideas?

      Hi jian

      You have the latest Modfactor firmware already, but for the future, try this: with the usb cable plugged in, power on the modfactor while holding down the middle footswitch. This should put the unit directly into update mode. Now start EUU, and see if it locates the device.
