I have both (registered) products, and attempted to do the update on my mac pro using snow leopard.
Despite downloading the utility, and then going through all the steps, my pedals both were not recognized.
As per Alan's suggestion I borrrowed a pc laptop and downloaded the utility which appears not to launch after I get teh agreement page- and then I can't find the beta updates at all now.
Can someone send me an idiot's guide to doing this on a pc- my mac is what I know – the pc is not my preferred way of doing this, but I had thought this might have worked and so far – I am totally lost.
I know I am a newbie tosoftware upgrades but I reallllly need help here.
