      I bought a used modfactor a few weeks ago.

      I tried to register the product, but it failed, and I tried to contact the previous user, but it failed too.

      How do i register this?

      Please contact our support email and send them a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the unit. The support team will be able to re register it for you.
