How to enter detailed settings?

  maybe iI miss something, but entering, (for example) a millisec. value precisely is a P.I.T.A. and sometimes really impossible.
  
  It can't be true….there must be a way to accuracy!!!

  TimeFactor -Use the delay knob to get close, and then hit the TAP switch once to display the delay value.Then, while the delay time is still displayed, turn the encoder knob to fine tune.

  please help me, its possible to set the delay at 360ms in the time factor? im only set in 358 or 362. sorry about my english im from south america.

  i have the same problem, its impossible to set a 360 delay or 720 why???
