I can’t go past preset 25?

Hi all

Maybe someone can help. I have two H9's and one of them just stopped going past preset 25. I've tried everything I can think of. Reinitializing, setting the range on the pedal itself, setting the range on the H9 software on my computer but nothing works.

My other pedal works just fine.

When I set the range on the pedal, say I make it from 5-85 it starts at 5 but still won't go past 25

well I figured out it was because I dumped everything past preset 25

??

Don't know how that happened. Hmmm…

Oh well. At least I know now.

An H9 Core comes with 25 presets and an H9 Standard comes with 99. If you're using a Core, even if your preset range goes from 1 – 99, it will still wrap around after 25 if there are no presets assigned above 25.
