http://www.ilok.com, you need to create an account (there's a link below the login credentials titled "Create Free Account"). Just enter your information and you should be good to go. Note that creating an account doesn't get you a physical iLok dongle, which you'll need to run the program. If you don't already have one you can purchase the iLok dongle from their website or bundled with a Blackhole license at http://www.eventidestore.com/blreplfrspwi.html (note the cost difference for the dongle between the iLok site and the Blackhole bundle).
