      Hello!

      Bought Ultra Reverb in early 2014, then I put it (used the PC). Now I want mixing them, but I use a Mac (old PC long ago sold). Faced with the disaster unable to do anything with the license on the iLok, without access to the old PC (it’s impossible) what to do? how to re-activate my honestly acquired a reverb plugin and use it in your work? Thank you!

      This problem has come up before.  Please write support@eventide.com. Let them know what your iLok user name is, and copy a link to your forum post.  They do have a process for dealing with this, but I can't remember what it is.

      It is a holiday here.  So, you likely won't hear back from support until next week.
