      Hi

      I started updating to 2.1.14.144, from 2.0.7(120), for about over 10 minutes ago, and its still at 0% – is that normal ?

      if not, what do I do now ? i dont a brick H9000

      Its stopped at “Preparing to install..” still at 0%

      I could not close Emote, so I restartet windows, i can not connect to emote now….

      Sorry for the issues you had. This may have been a small hangup with the update being downloaded from the network.

      The update process designed in a way that should not brick your H9000 if it it gets interrupted. There is also a recovery mode option of something goes wrong with the update.

      How long was your H9000 on before you tried to update? I find leaving the H9000 at idle for many hours causes some instability sometimes.

        Yes, that’s the best way to do it.

      To answer my question, no. At least, that worked for me just now. So time to update Emote.

        You’re welcome. Either way will work as you found, but it’s recommended to update Emote first.
