        Hi there,

        I’ve submitted 2 support requests in the last week and haven’t heard anything back on either.

        Have eventide dropped any form of email support now?

          Hello,

          I’m sorry, there must be an issue when you are emailing support@eventide.com. I do not see any recent support tickets from your email address.

          Can you try using a different email address?

            HI there,

            I used the form on the Contact Us page. And got a replay email saying I’d hear in 1 business day.

                Same trouble. No reply from support. My iLOK has always been the same and now Eventide won’t let me see crossgrade pricing or try demos or register to my iLOK
