Issue: H90 middle selector switch

My middle selector switch is acting up after only 2 weeks and 2 sessions. If I plant my heel and select the middle switch it either doesn’t respond, or hits twice causing bypass.

It does however seem to work if I come straight down on it with a tiny bit of force from a flick of my ankle, but that’s awkward.

Also, I can’t switch banks so I have to do so manually, which defeats the purpose.

Anyone else have this issue? If it’s faulty, will my local retailer fix it or do I have to send it in? I really need this over the next 2 months as I’ve sold my old effects rig and can’t miss any time with my rehearsal and live performance schedule.

It sounds like there is an issue with the switch.  Please send a video of the issue and your serial number to support@eventide.com and we can see what your repair options are.

Thank you for your response 🙂 Curious, it started working perfectly once I set it up at home, and it had me wondering if power would have anything to do with errors like this? It felt physical (hardware), but I can’t seem to replicate the behaviour at home.

Any ideas?

If it recurs, let us know.  I don’t think we’ve seen this issue before, so it’s difficult to judge what the issue could be.

If you want, you can contact our support team and they can discuss your options for a pre-emptive switch replacement (if you’re slightly handy, it would be easy to do yourself).
