Someone transferred a license to my iLok supposedly Eventides telling me to take it up with iLok. but as it only shows up (on the website) when i add my ilok info (into a window)… it provides a generic window (at the bottom of the screen) to dl it, once i installed i opened my daw, clicked the plugin… ilok window pops up for login info, entered my ilok and (window popped up saying) that there was no license available… but the techguy Jerome is telling me it is… go figure… i’ve spent way too much time trying to do a simple thing. then to have to pay a transfer fee on top of that? And no instructions from support team… that sucks! Doesn’t even have a “NEXT” option. its greyed out.
