I have a micropitch pedal that sounds great but Id like to manage it via Eventide software on my phone (Android in my case), are there any plans to release the EDM also on android for mobile phones?
may I ask… why? Im not a sw expert but I was guessing that adapting the H9 CTRL app could be feasible.. Im old school, I dont have a laptop or tablet, its a pain to set presets while playing
The dot9 line was designed more for traditional pedal users who prefer knobs – what you see is what you get. We didn’t want apps to play a role the way H9 Control does with the H9 Max. EDM is mainly a preset librarian and right now there isn’t even bi-directional communication with the pedal. Most notably, the dot9 line of pedals do not have Bluetooth.
