MicroPitch Saves on Power Cycle?

Does the MicroPitch auto-update the current preset when it’s powered off? When I adjust the output volume and power the unit off, that new output volume is then auto-saved to the preset without manually going through the save process. Is that true, or is my mind playing tricks on me?

From memory.  Unconfirmed by re-visiting.

What I think you’re seeing is that the MicroPitch is preserving the current values in its buffer (Preset “0”), and restoring that state back again on power-up.  Not really the same as an auto-save, because it is temporary.  I think you’ll find if you switch to another preset, than back to the original, the output volume will revert to its saved position.

Interesting! I guess I could see that being useful if playing live and there’s a power blip.
